women try to get into that there there have been sort of more left-wing
movements where they want to get women to have more leadership and you know it
depends what they're what they're doing with that I'm actually on the board of
directors of a small synagogue here and we have two women on the board it's
mostly men but we do have two women on the board

women and women have a lot of have a lot of power and maybe it's a more
indirect power but women are well taken care of in Orthodox culture for the
most part you know there's exceptions to everything there there are people who
are you know upset about something and you know want to complain about
something everywhere you go but for the most part a lot of women are really
happy where they are and you know I know I know woman they got married young
and they started having kids you know in their early 20s and they have they
have grandchildren the same age as their children and they're taking care and
it's a big happy family and they have such pride
