really not sure because I haven't looked into it do you and this leads me to
the question I had is do you see feminism encroaching into into mainstream
Judaism well obviously not I mean obviously not so much in Orthodox that's the
first thing anybody else everybody tells me it's like when I say that it

feminism is slowly or rapidly in some cases assimilating mainstream religions
and the guys will always tell me like well you know not in Greek Orthodox
Christianity or not in you know yeah the Amish are still immune to it or you
know not in in my country and then you know I'll see these little encroachments
like people will say well what about what about Islam no and I can point to
other I can point to say Iran right now where women are taking up the hijab and
they're dancing around and they're just you know flying it in the face it's
like it seems to me that that's really in Western feminism being imported into

culture but do you see feminism working its way into Judaism right now so it's
a really great question and I don't see any blatant in the circles I'm in I
don't see blatant attempts for that but you know there's there's such a
pervasive influence in in culture in Western culture and society there's such
an influence that girls are taught at a very young age to behave more like boys
or chocolate they should go get a job and be professional and make as much
money as possible and now that's great for the GDP of the country but it's not
necessarily the best thing for the family so there is this tension where
culture you know Western secular culture is teaching young men and women a
message that's not really helpful where our schools are teaching opposite
message hey family is important traditional values are important so there is
this tension I take part in a class we learned the Talmud every day and it's
